the Mental Toughness Workshop: |
| Working
with Andrea has helped me to realise my potential in all aspects of my
life (i.e., career, sport, and health). This has in turn allowed me to
experience the ‘A Game’ and help my self-esteem and confidence
to grow and blossom. |

Matt
introduced me to myself - the real me. He taught me how to overcome the
shadows from the past and to believe in myself and my abilities to achieve
anything I want for myself and my life. With Matt's help I have connected
with my passion and am truly living every single moment. Once upon a time
I could only dream of becoming a script writer, now my dream is my reality. |

From
being with Andrea, I have not only learnt important lessons for tennis,
but I have also learnt important life lessons, which I can use to find the

on mental skills with Andrea helped relaunch my career; I was at the crossroads,
frustrated because I had always felt that I was able to mix it with the
best players in the world when I produced my best game… call it

helped me to see what it was that I really wanted to achieve with my sport.
She was easy to talk to. I could be totally honest and not feel stupid
for expressing my inner thoughts. |
| Working
on mental skills with Andrea assisted me by giving me the necessary tools
and skills to apply to the mind aspect that is involved in classical singing.
I suddenly realized I had a methodology that I could use when things were
not going according to plan, which helps put things into perspective rather
then have a negative lull that one can gravitate to. As one can understand
with regards to singing, there is a lot of self belief and confidence
needed. |

Working
on mental skills with Andrea assisted me by taking it easy on myself, seeing
areas that I can improve on in my self-image. I learnt through working with Andrea that my problems are fixable and I am not the only one to have difficulties. | I feel that working on my mental skills with Andrea enabled me to learn more about myself, which in turn helped me grow as an athlete. Before
working with Andrea, I found it very hard to verbally express and explain
myself. This meant that most of my desires, fears and feelings were left
to bottle- up inside me, and resulted in 'issues' rather than just a problem
resolved by a chat with friend, family |
